At Pulio, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, delivery timelines, and customer responsibilities.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days, depending on your location. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
We offer worldwide shipping. International deliveries may experience delays depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must:
Take photos of the packaging and damaged product
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at puliocare@gmail.com
We will review your claim and may arrange a replacement or partial refund if the damage is confirmed.
Pulio is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your international order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused packages.
