At Pulio, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are granted.

All Sales Are Final

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at puliocare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for compensation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of the return and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window for damaged items

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Refusal to receive the package

  • Late delivery due to courier delays (within the 10–14 business day delivery window)
